helpful staff great gym great breakfast dark room wall view rushed cleaning
the staff was helpful (mahmoud especially). i found the gym to be great. breakfast was also great.
The room was dark and faced a wall. it should not have been called a city view. It was a wall view. the cleaning felt rushed. I observed cups being washed in the toilet sink.

convenient location free shuttle varied breakfast gym equipment
The location proved convenient, especially with the free daily shuttle to the city center. the staff, including mahmood and selman, gave prompt service. the gym had enough equipment for my needs. the breakfast buffet had many varieties. I liked the daily soup.
the hotel felt somewhat old, showing its age in certain areas. the carpets looked stained, and some linens had visible wear. i noticed this mostly in the hallways, but the rooms were fine.

The king room balcony had ample space. i had fresh bottle water everyday. the view from the balcony overlooked the golden horn, though a nearby building partially obstructed it. I still enjoyed it.

Front desk personnel assisted me with directions. the breakfast area was kept tidy. the cleaning lady on my floor was very thorough. She always greeted me with a smile. the spa was a highlight. I had a great massage.

The hotel offers a huge parking space for vehicles under 2 meters. I found the wifi to be very fast. Breakfast features a large selection and includes custom omelets. The gym is spacious for a hotel gym. It includes cardio equipment, free weights, and several machines. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

the hotel has a huge parking space. the wifi worked very fast. the breakfast included a large selection and the staff made omelets on request. the rooms were super clean. the spa looked clean and well maintained.
i found the hotel a bit worn down specifically the carpet with many stains
