Acceptable Stay with Notable Issues

poor cleaning service untrained staff

The gym was quite large and almost directly connected to the building.

The cleaning service was below expectations. I found that the trash was not taken out of the kitchen, even after requesting room service multiple times. The hotel cleaning staff did not seem properly trained (or supervised).

attentive staff excellent service great location unclean bathroom broken light low standard

the reception team were very attentive and very professional. farah provided excellent customer service. the hotel is in a great location.

the bathrooms were not clean. some light buttons were not working. the hotel overall does not meet hilton standards.

the room offered a balcony, acceptable.

i did not find any body wash in the room. it was never refilled . i think this is a pretty basic amenity.
