excellent locationconvenient appointmentthoughtful design
the location was superb. our room provided a shaded view of the river and pont vieux from the balcony. i found the room appointments convenient and thoughtfully designed, perfect for relaxation.
The breakfast buffet selection was quite simple. I had expected more variety for a hotel of this category

the staff was gracious and helpful, readily assisting with taxi arrangements and luggage storage. they even went out of their way to help when i misplaced my mobile phone. i found their professionalism very reassuring.

the standard double room included complimentary waters and juices in the minibar. the balcony offered a beautiful spot to unwind and enjoy the peaceful scenery. all these details ensured a very comfortable stay.

The breakfast really missed the mark. they charged a fortune for it, but the selection wasn't excellent, and the quality? questionable. the pastries seemed stale, and the hot food wasn't much better. also, our room smelled a bit off. It. i told the front desk, but nothing changed.

we stayed two nights. we got an upgrade to a beautiful suite (it was the suite city view!) that had a great view. the hotel staff provided exemplary service. i was delighted with the stay.
i found the absence of hand soap near the sink shocking.

I valued the secure parking. It gave me such peace of mind. The garden area was particularly lovely in the evening with the castle views. I am very grateful.
I found the breakfast choice had varying quality of items. I noticed I can find better croissants elsewhere. I think eating in the restaurant is not worth it, because the food is mediocre.
