location is DECENT , but issues FOUND
chipping paintoutdated furniture
the air conditioning barely worked , and it was quite warm. the furniture looked outdated. some of the paint was chipping in the bathroom. and i noticed a stain on the carpet. these issues detracted from an otherwise acceptable stay.

The hotel's location was superb and so close to the castle. Breakfast was great with local yogurt cheese and ham. I enjoyed fresh pressed apple juice with coffee. The hotel shares the pool with a luxury hotel.
The room lacked a fridge and facilities for tea or coffee.

Staff members were friendly and helpful. One young male staff member recommended a local cocktail. He also helped explain the train tickets I booked.

Excellent Stay Near the Medieval City

I liked hotel location very much. The outside seating provides a place to relax and enjoy the view. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I also appreciated the private car park.
The outdoor pool was not heated as stated. The jacuzzi had issues. It only worked for short periods.

the hotel has a secure parking area. the breakfast had good choices. i liked the nice garden and outdoor seating outside my room doors. the location near the walls was very convenient.
the air conditioner did not work well in my room. i found it difficult to get cool air. the staff brought me a fan but this didn't completely solve the issue.

staff members were friendly and helpful at all times. they addressed my questions quickly. the team worked hard to maintain a cute atmosphere in reception and throughout the hotel.
