the team, particularly lauren, was cute. the whisky room had an excellent wall of whiskies, i was charmed. the level of service was really appreciated.
the dining room seemed a bit dim during breakfast.

The location offered easy access to towns, castles, and whisky tastings, fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. They accommodated all our needs! Our room had a beautiful view and felt luxurious. I especially loved the excellent bar and restaurant and enjoyed having drinks on the patio and a delicious dinner each night. Breakfast was excellent as well.

The team was very cute. I reminded me of a family member visiting a home. The staff offered help with parking when we needed to arrive early for a distillery tour. The attention to detail was excellent. Nothing was too difficult for the staff.

I loved the gorgeous gardens. The duck pond was especially beautiful. the hotel was very clean. my room included blackout blinds and a huge bed.
