I found the location very convenient. it was close to major attractions. the staff offered amazing customer service. Everyone was helpful. the room was really clean.
The room i had barely had any light in it. the ac did not seem to turn on. It felt locked.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide choice of items each morning. i saw the hotel provided makeup remover pads and toothbrushes. Very nice attention to detail. the hotel also has a cafe and cakes daily.

The location was certainly convenient for sightseeing. I was disappointed by the limited breakfast options. I found a very small selection. The room itself felt quite cramped. The bathroom did not allow the door to open fully without hitting the toilet. I also found no place for toiletries in it.

the staff were helpful and always ready to assist. the hotel's location was very convenient , within walking distance of major attractions and restaurants. i particularly enjoyed the views of the bosphorus from my room and the galata tower. breakfast offered a great selection of tasty food.
the room i had barely had any light , and the ac did not seem to work. it seemed like the ac was locked , and the room got warm. i found it impossible to charge my laptop while away , because the electricity shut off when the hotel card was removed.

the hotel offered airport transfers with a professional driver. a tea pot with turkish tea was available throughout the day. cake in the hall. the hotel team provided great knowledge of local amenities and tours.

The room was rather cramped. I could barely turn around without bumping into something. The promised sea view was more of a sliver. The noise from the nearby street persisted late into the night, and the breakfast buffet lacked variety, offering mostly the same items each day.
