The staff was helpful. Idris was especially helpful! the kitchen staff, ahmet and karina, were also great. i used the pool and sauna . breakfast was generous and varied. it was also delicious.
the double room i booked was small. it was like my small bathroom at home, and it was hard to move around the beds. the beds seemed short so if you are taller than 160 cm you might consider other hotels. there was only one socket in the room plus another in the bathroom.

The hotel breakfast had many delicious options and i noticed it was served in a beautiful hall each morning. the room was always super clean. It was cleaned every day and we received fresh towels too! the reception staff were always ready to help us with anything we needed, they are polite staff.
the gym had minimum equipment.

I had a really great stay. The breakfast buffet was rich with many selections. Staff always helped me, including housekeeping. The hotel's location made travelling easy. The overall cleanliness was also very noticeable.

The hotel's location is VERY central, close to shops and transport. Aksaray tram station is only a short walk. Many restaurants and cafes are nearby. It provided easy access to various city attractions.

Breakfast included various hot and cold options EVERY morning. The dining area was kept clean. The restaurant served Turkish and international dishes. The breakfast service was efficient, very punctual.

The breakfast was acceptable. It had a decent selection.
My room was not what i booked. I reserved a double room but received two single beds (this was frustrating). the bathroom was small, and the mattress and pillow felt old and uncomfortable (i tossed and turned all night). there was little attention to cleanliness in the room as well, which really bothered me.
