Fantastic Location, Excellent Service!

I loved the central location. It's close to major attractions. The staff was helpful, assisting immediately with baggage and providing excellent service throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the rooftop bar. It offered amazing city views with relaxing vibes before dinner. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel even prepared a breakfast bag for my early train!
The TV in my room felt a bit small compared to the size of the room and the other facilities. I think a larger screen would improve the viewing experience.

The room had a nice wooden floor and included interesting reading material. The design incorporated Murano chandeliers and high quality linen. Marble bathrooms were a plus!

The hotel is very close to attractions including the Arena and Juliet's House. The hotel is also within a short walk of main shopping streets. A church sits right across the street. It provides a scenic view!

the location was unbeatable i found i was always close to everything. my room had a safe for valuables and a mini bar stocked with refreshments. i liked that fresh towels were provided daily and the staff handled my luggage efficiently. i also appreciated the newspapers available in the lobby each morning.

the hotel's location allowed easy exploration. breakfast offered many choices. our room provided a view of the neighboring church. the staff acted friendly and helpful.
i did find the absence of tea bags a slight inconvenience.

the breakfast offered a large variety i could choose from. the rooftop terrace was great. i particularly appreciated the hotel's central location it made exploring the city very easy. the hotel also ensured my room was spotlessly clean which i appreciated.
