The staff was really good. They were always smiling. the location is excellent near the tip of the peninsula. i found the breakfast terrace next to the pool enormous.
the room had no cold air conditioning. i was told it was switched off in all rooms. the system only allows for either hot or cold air at any time.

this hotel is the finest at which i have ever stayed. the location overlooking lake garda is very nice. the beautiful private grounds above the town and easy access via a private gate. the staff was perfect (very helpful and efficient).
the problem i observed concerns internet access. the hotel wifi was virtually nonexistent. often my devices did not connect. when they did, the broadband speed was poor (it barely reached 2mbps).

the hotel features a private beach area and a bathing pier available only to hotel guests. there is also a security gate at the back of the hotel providing easy walking access to the town center. palatial parks offer many outdoor areas for sitting, reading, or enjoying a drink.

breakfast included a wide choice of fresh food. the breakfast terrace sits next to the pool. the hotel offers a restaurant and a bistro. i found breakfast offerings plentiful and delicious (especially the fresh fruit).

the service staff was excellent, friendly and always smiling. staff members were professional and accommodating. as a guest, my happiness seemed to be their priority. everyone was pleased to see me.

my suite overlooked one part of lake garda and parts of the lush gardens. the room felt amazing. the hotel rooms offer comfortable spaces and very nice views. our room was beyond expectations (i couldn't ask for more).

the hotel grounds were acceptable and included well kept gardens.
the service was not what i expect at a hotel like this. i had to pour my own wine when i ordered a bottle. the staff didn't check on me during dinner or offer additional drinks, and that was disappointing. the rough sheets and mosquitos made for a rough ending
