I found the staff very friendly. The food choice was excellent with good variety. My room had a kitchenette, and it had a fridge. I also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities available.

The breakfast was a complete disaster. the options were limited, and the quality was shockingly low, almost inedible. the staff seemed uninterested and borderline rude. I couldn't get a simple request fulfilled without a hassle. overall, the experience was a huge letdown.
