the location provides easy access to a supermarket right next door. a ten-minute walk got me to the sea front. there are many bars and restaurants i could choose from.

the WiFi gave me AWFUL problems. coverage was non-existent near the end of the floor. i reported the issue but it didn't seem to improve the situation

i found the location perfect with a supermarket directly next door. it was a short walk to the sea front, i found many bars and restaurants there. travelling was easy into alicante as the tram line is close. the beaches are lovely and sun beds and umbrellas are available. the pool area is nice and includes a shallow part for children.

the wifi was not very strong. i reported this, but the issue was not resolved . i did notice the parking is quite dark, and the indications are confusing.

The staff were helpful and friendly. I recognized some of them from prior visits. the cleaning service was consistent, maintaining a high standard. i did find them responsive to requests.

this hotel is situated close to a tram station and a supermarket. the elevated position provides good views from higher floors. it is a short walk to both the beach and the promenade.

my room was quite spacious. it included basic bathroom amenities and a refrigerator. the general cleanliness was excellent, a feature i especially appreciated. the beds were comfortable.

Underwhelming Stay, Some Issues Encountered

The location was acceptable, close to the main street and the beach.

The breakfast was quite bad. I found the lack of variety disappointing and there were no options for dinner or lunch at the hotel. Leaving my kids in the room to go get water from a machine in the middle of the night was not ideal

The hotel is close to the beach and also shops. The staff proved helpful when I had inquiries about the area. The room included a large balcony with sea views (it was wonderful).

The bed consisted of two single beds pushed together and that was not comfortable. The breakfast had chairs with many stains. The air conditioning did not work effectively so I opened the balcony door.

The staff at the reception were helpful and cute. I appreciated that the room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The location was great. Close to the beach and restaurants. The car park inside was a bonus.
