The resort had very clean premises. The location proved convenient, with various options for dining and drinks right on site. The staff was attentive and their professionalism. The service was amazing. They really were great too.

My room included a spacious balcony overlooking the pool and sea. The room was clean and well maintained. I found everything I needed for a relaxing visit, as the space was comfortable and quiet.

The breakfast buffet had a nice variety and the food tasted good. The atmosphere felt both cozy and professional. There were many choices to eat and drink at the hotel, made dining very convenient. I did love all meal options.

The staff greeted me with a smile and answered questions politely. They were warm and cute and always ready to help. Their hospitability. I will remember their professionalism.

I found the staff consistently helpful. They quickly addressed minor issues. The pool area was nice with many chairs. The breakfast had a decent selection of food.
The gym equipment needs to be updated. Some machines were not fully functional.

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. It also contained a mini bar stocked with water and soda. A large balcony overlooked the grounds and provided a relaxing space. It was clean.

I found the service consistently disappointing. I ordered a cola at the pool bar. It contained a piece of plastic. The supervisor returned and suggested WE had put it there. THIS was unacceptable. The staff ignored my uncle. He is Filipino, with darker skin. I felt ashamed.
