The lobby design created strong first impression. I found the breakfast buffet diverse. I also saw fire dancers at the beach barbecue. The pool area always had scheduled entertainment.

weight machines fruit selection
the gym had a good selection of equipment. it included three treadmills and several weight machines. the breakfast buffet offered many choices and the food was fresh. the fruit selection was vast. we loved the pastries as well. it was hard to choose just one thing. but the juices were amazing!
the pool got a bit crowded during the afternoon, so it was difficult to find a lounger.

friendly staff premium bedding relaxing ambiance
i appreciated the staff's friendliness. the infinity pool, billiards, and table tennis provided excellent recreation. the premium bedding contributed to a restful experience. the music and relaxing ambiance enhanced the serene atmosphere.
the beach access was limited, affecting enjoyment of the seaside. this could improve the guest experience. better beach access would be a significant plus for future visitors.

The resort had very clean premises. The location proved convenient, with various options for dining and drinks right on site. The staff was attentive and their professionalism. The service was amazing. They really were really nice too.

I found the staff consistently helpful. They quickly addressed minor issues. The pool area was nice with many chairs. The breakfast had a decent selection of food.
The gym equipment needs to be updated. Some machines were not fully functional.

Decent Grounds, SUBPAR service
unacceptable supervisor ignored uncle
I found the service consistently disappointing. I ordered a cola at the pool bar. It contained a piece of plastic. The supervisor returned and suggested WE had put it there. THIS was unacceptable. The staff ignored my uncle. He is Filipino, with darker skin. I felt ashamed.
