broken air conditioning unavailable room
the padel courts are great. daily cleaners came.
the air conditioning in the room did not work. the reception staff knew this, yet a different room could not be arranged because of occupancy. i found this unacceptable, especially considering i expect essential amenities to function properly.

Wonderful Family Holiday!
maid service two pools spare sun loungers
I loved the maid service that provided fresh towels and made the bed each day. Two pools meant there was always space plus spare sun loungers. The location made for a short holiday to remember.
The rooms are a bit outdated! like the bathroom that looked a bit moldy with all the black spots.

The multiple pools cater to different age groups ensuring fun for everyone. I also saw a free bus that brings people to the beach and back to the hotel. I was charmed!

Breakfast offers many choices with something for everyone including lots of options from traditional fare to contemporary plates. I was charmed by the quality of the food. All plates looked freshly prepared.

Really good Family Stay
age pool fine view convenient bus
The pools catered wonderfully to every age group. The building's exterior presented a fine view. I especially enjoyed the free bus service to the beach. It was very convenient. The two bedroom apartments are perfect.
I noticed some scratches on the floors in the apartment.

The grounds offer three pools to use after a daily ride. This creates a nice variety . A shop across the road provides convenience for any immediate needs. There is a 24-hour reception. This is beneficial for late arrivals and early departures.

Breakfast offered excellent choices and great variety. I found the food service with Pau and Nerea particularly attentive and friendly. This. I felt very well looked after.

Okay Stay with a Couple of Downsides
ground floor apartment direct pool access self catering holiday faulty kettle loose lamp switch poor apartment view
The apartment had a ground floor location with access directly to the pool. This was quite convenient. The apartment itself was pretty spacious. It included everything needed for a self-catered holiday..
The apartment wasn't quite ready upon arrival. The kettle didn't work properly. It only warmed the water. The lamp also had a loose switch, so it didn't work either. The apartment overlooked the road, not a great view.

clean apartment refreshing pool
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They attended to every need. The apartment was very clean upon my arrival. The pools offered a refreshing escape after a long day.
The apartment decor felt a bit dated.
