The friendliness of the staff was astounding. joana was amazing at check-in. juan and biel were consistently upbeat, friendly, and. We really felt at home.

average stay with noticeable issues
noisy laundry wasps nest
the hotel's location was convenient, near the beach and local shops. the hotel gardens were beautiful too.
i was very disappointed with the junior suite. it was next to the laundry room, and a wasps nest was right outside. the staff refused to move our room initially, and the noise from the washing machines was constant, and then the wasps returned after two days. no disabled access existed to the pool area, as steps without a handrail were there.

mixed feelings about this hotel
dirty room floors bedsheets issue
the staff were very cute and friendly.
The cleaners did not change our bedsheets, and they didn't sweep or mop the floors once during my nine-day stay. Sand accumulated in the room after beach visits, and the debris under the bed was noticeable.

poor room cleaning loud music
The staff was friendly. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to the beach and nearby shops.
The food quality was disappointing. It did not meet my expectations for a four-star hotel. I found the room cleaning was not thorough. The noise from the bar was a problem. Loud music played late and disrupted my sleep..

Really good Stay!
food selection themed food quiet hammock area helpful recommendation
The food selection was very varied. I found themed food nights that were exciting (especially the paella night!). The hotel grounds included both an adults-only area and a quieter area with hammocks. The pool was a good size with shallow and deep ends, great for a swim. Staff members were friendly and offered helpful recommendations for local spots.
I found that the elevators near reception were quite small. It was sometimes hard to fit more than two people with luggage.

The room was spacious and clean. A junior suite is provided, including a terrace on the first floor, very convenient.

The bar staff were attentive. Juan, Barto, Raul, Dani, and Maria provided excellent service. Milena, the DJ, created a great vibe, and Deme was an amazing entertainment host.
