the building has a pretty exterior. its location is convenient for accessing the town center.
it overlooked the street and the worn-out awning above the entrance. this was disappointing

outdoor seating duck leg dessert size
The restaurant offered quiet outdoor seating, pleasant. Food portions were good and priced fairly. I found the confit duck leg very tasty, and the Paris-Brest dessert was huge, easily shareable. Service was friendly and efficient here.

The hotel has a good location for exploring. Calverley Gardens is nearby. You can walk through the gardens to get into town easily. The parking space was reserved outside the front door.

spacious room high-end toiletries central location
the Beautiful room was so spacious. it offered a good blend of elegance and comfort. the high-end toiletries in the shower room felt very luxurious, vERY luxurious. i found the interior design NICE and appreciated the recent paint job. the location is central offering easy access to everything.

wine pairings friendly staff tender conversation
The staff showed such kindness, it was almost magical! sonny offered me wine pairings for each course at the bistro. They worked perfectly! teodor, patricia, and rebecca engaged in tender conversation at my table. I was so touched.
the parking fee felt a little high! i wish it had been more affordable.

Wonderful Anniversary Stay
friendly atmosphere warm smile
The team seemed like a family. Such a warm and friendly atmosphere was present! They seemed to enjoy taking care of the patrons and couldn't do enough to help one enjoy their stay. Sam greeted us with a warm smile upon our arrival and couldn't have been more helpful, what a joy. Lauren and Tom were professional, kind and accomplished too.
I stayed with my 4-year-old son and was very surprised to find that we had been allocated a room directly above a wedding party. The loud music made it difficult for either of us to get any rest. It felt as though no consideration had been given to the fact that a young child was staying in the room.

The room provided was spacious, and it had a comfortable bed! Our room was superb with lots of space, super clean, a large comfortable bed with good linen, a roll top bath and separate rainfall shower with everything you need including champagne glasses!

lovely garden helpful staff sunday dinner
the location is nice, close to town center. breakfast and sunday roast dinner were really good. the staff are friendly and helpful.
the garden was not accessible. there was a building project underway on the terrace. metal barriers blocked the area.
