Great Location and Helpful Staff

the staff was very kind and accommodating. the beds were larger compared to tokyo. the food options were good. the proximity to universal studios makes it an attractive place.
the room was a bit small, typical for japan, but storing luggage became tricky.

the staff was amazingly helpful , particularly when i inquired about sending our suitcases to my next destination. they provided assistance with any requests i had. their kindness was very noticeable.

the room had everything i needed for my stay. amenities on the second floor included a washing machine and a coffee machine , and these proved very practical. the room was clean and spacious.

the hotel is near the metro station. i found a 7-eleven store right next to the hotel, so convenient! the staff was very friendly, and the room was big enough, more than expected for japan.
the air conditioner blows directly onto the bed, it's not ideal.

Charming Stay Close to Everything!

The hotel is conveniently close to a train station, made getting around so easy. A shrine next to the hotel was a nice surprise and added a bit of local charm. The bed was very comfortable, and i found the larger than expected tv with satellite channels quite entertaining. I thought the inclusion of a firetv stick was a thoughtful addition.
The air conditioning was a bit too strong, and i had to keep it on constantly. This made the room quite cold at times, and i struggled to find a comfortable balance. It would be good if the temperature control was more precise and user-friendly.

The staff was very polite and accommodating. They readily provided umbrellas during a rainy day, helpful. i appreciated having coffee available at the reception each morning. I found this to be a very nice touch.

The blackout shutters in the room were excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. A window allowed for fresh air circulation, a feature i always appreciate in hotels. The room was clean and well kept. I appreciated how clean the place was.

There's a 7-eleven right next door. This was convenient for grabbing quick snacks and drinks. I loved that the hotel provided a laundry area on the second floor. It also has a coffee machine. This was useful for a quick caffeine fix.

I found the location convenient, very close to the train station. the staff were really lovely and helpful. I loved their friendly attitude. rooms were clean and a good size. i particularly appreciated the laundry facilities and tea and coffee making area. It made mornings super convenient before heading out
the room was very small, and there was nowhere to put anything, challenging. traveling out of a suitcase became a logistical nightmare.

I found a 7-eleven convenience store located directly under the hotel, convenient. this offers quick access to snacks, drinks, and other necessities any time of day. I did appreciate this perk. there are also several restaurants within a short walk.
