A Haven of Refinement and Comfort
free shuttledelicious choiceseasy tripaccomodating staff
The free shuttle to Toyocho and Shinkiba stations was quite useful , and it saved me from extra walking. The breakfast buffet provided many delicious choices , including various warm options. The hotel also provided free transport to Tokyo Disneyland , . I found the staff very accomodating and helpful , always ready to assist with any requests.
The bar in the lounge area closed relatively early , and the seating area was cordoned off , which limited space for relaxation.

My room featured large windows that provided amazing views. The cleaning staff ensured the room was always very clean and tidy with attention to detail , and the room size was ample.

The hotel included a supermarket that offered a wide range of products , ready-made meals , and souvenirs. This added significant convenience , especially for last-minute shopping. It also featured direct bus service to both Haneda and Narita airports.

the staff was very helpful. the breakfast selection was good and the bathroom facilities were fantastic. i found the disney shuttle a great advantage and i also used the luggage shipping service at the concierge desk with success.
i was a little disappointed in the pool access. i had to pay an additional fee for pool access each day. the interior and furniture felt quite dated to me.

The room was spacious, more so than others I have stayed in. The view of the city was lovely and very quiet. I appreciated the short walk to Toyocho station. It was about 10 minutes (ideal for using my Subway pass).
Customer service was not great. I arrived before check-in time and was asked to wait. No one told me when my room was ready, so I had to ask again. The Sky lounge told me it was fully booked, though it was not, and I could not take a drink to my room.
