small room inadequate cooling
the location was acceptable due to its proximity to the rail station
the hotel room was a complete disaster it was very small the air conditioning did not provide sufficient cooling and access to the bed was restricted to one side furthermore a 140cm bed for two people is unacceptable

the staff were helpful and kind. i appreciated the complimentary breakfast bento and lemon water in reception. the soundproof rooms were a bonus.
