The location was convenient near a subway station, supermarket, and the harbor. I walked a few steps to the port to ride the sea bass to Minato Mirai. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I had a bay view room and recommend it STRONGLY.
I had to wait a long time.

The staff were super friendly and were very good! the rooms were clean and very spacious. location was great. Right across from the water and park area and right near chinatown, i was so happy!
Our room showed its age and needs to be updated by all means. there was no space to take off clothes in the bathroom, and the bathroom wasn't practical. the pillows on our bed smelled like old men's hair. I left a message for housekeepers..

the grand architecture allows one to feel the rich history. the location has views of the bay and yamashita park. it is minutes from minatomirai, motomachi, and chinatown. i enjoyed the japanese-style breakfast.

the location is convenient near chinatown and the cruise terminal. the staff were helpful and friendly. the rooms were spacious relative to other japanese hotels.
the entrance was slippery i fell when i arrived. the room was smaller than i anticipated at 8x8 meters. the view from the room was just of a neighbor's wall.
