convenient location helpful staff hotel comfort small room no refrigerator limited breakfast
I appreciated the convenient location near the metro station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's comfort also.
The room i stayed in was quite small. There was no refrigerator in the room. Breakfast offered limited variety.

friendly staff english channels easy air conditioning uncomfortable bed physical card broken thermostat
the room had air conditioning that i adjusted easily. the staff at reception were very friendly. dupleix metro station is very close, so it is convenient. there was a tv with some english channels.
the hotel wanted a physical card at arrival, but it couldn't be monzo or amex. the thermostat was not working, so i was cold. the bed was not comfortable like the ones at other hotels i stayed in.

metro access dining options helpful reception dimly lit staircase missing toiletries
The location was excellent. It was close to the metro. there were also plenty of dining options nearby. That helped a lot! the reception provided a kettle upon request. i appreciated that a lot too!
The hotel condition didn't match the internet images, twice. access to my room was through a dimly lit staircase. it lacked shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Twice.

metro access cafe access safe neighborhood
the location was fantastic near the metro and cafes. i walked easily to the eiffel tower. i felt safe when i returned late at night. the neighborhood had a real village feel.
the hotel condition did not match the images seen online.

decent stay near the metro
good location neat room clean bathroom small room poor soundproofing uncomfortable bed
the location is quite good. the dupleix metro station is very close. i found the room to be clean and neat. the bathroom was also in good condition.
My room was super small. there was nowhere to put my suitcase. the soundproofing was not good. I could hear noises from other clients. i also found the bed to be less comfortable than i expected..

small room rough towels
The room seemed smaller than advertised. There wasn't even a fridge. I had to keep my water on the windowsill. the shower was a tight squeeze, with the showerhead spraying water everywhere. The towels were a bit rough, too. I was hoping for softer ones. A small detail I guess. The elevator was also out of service one morning, that was not fun.

dead phone line clogged sink
The TV didn't work. No streaming services were available. This was disappointing after a long day. The phone line was dead, so I couldn't contact reception. I had to go downstairs for everything. The sink in the bathroom was also clogged. I reported it but nothing was done.
