I found the location super convenient with easy access to metro stops. the staff was always ready to help, offering great recommendations for local dining. breakfast was a good start to each day, i noticed they had fresh pastries and a variety of options. i also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. They felt fresh and well kept.
the soundproofing was not great, and i could hear street noise at night. it made falling asleep a bit difficult. i think some soundproofing improvements would make a big difference.

the hotel is near several metro stations, i noticed many cafes and shops are within walking distance. access to transportation and local amenities are really convenient for exploring the area. it makes getting around quite easy.

the lobby offered free coffee and tea throughout the day ,a great touch. i saw many people relaxing and enjoying the cozy atmosphere. the hotel provides complementary water ,which is a nice bonus after a day of sightseeing.

the staff was very helpful and polite. the hotel was well maintained. the breakfast had many options. fresh towels were provided daily and complimentary bottles of water were appreciated. i strongly recommend this hotel!!!
the room was on the ground floor, it was cold, and the fan was very noisy.

my room was quiet and relaxing with modern decor. the room included two big closets with enough storage space. the bathroom was also modern with a big shower.

the day staff was always helpful and friendly to me. a manager walked me to a post office. this was to post paintings home. the staff were pleasant at all times.
