The hotel provided valet parking, convenient. breakfast offered a good selection with high-quality items. the staff was helpful. They were very responsive to our needs. i especially liked the thoughtful upgrade my parents got for my dad's birthday. The surprise champagne and cake were a nice touch.

I found the hotel beautifully designed with excellent attention to detail. its location offered easy access to the harbor and nearby attractions. Though the surrounding streets were busy, i appreciated being so central. the staff were consistently friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. the rooftop pool area was a definite highlight, with comfortable sunbeds and a fine view.
I noticed the gym could use a bit more maintenance. Some equipment seemed a little outdated. that was the only thing i could fault.

I found the air conditioner temperature difficult to control. Many of the sockets did not work. The service levels were not good.

i was delighted by the really good breakfast! the selection was vast. the quality of the food stood out and i loved the friendly and well-trained staff! the drinks were reasonably priced for a hotel of this standard.
events seemed to take priority. loud music from corporate events disturbed my sleep on several nights. i received notice the same day of each event. i wish i had known this earlier to adjust my plans.
