great central location
helpful staff nice balcony central location
i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the room had a nice balcony, perfect for enjoying meals and drinks. the location is very central to many places, especially for those who like walking.
the noise from the street was noticeable. it was difficult to block it out, even with the windows closed.

The receptionists offered helpful directions and recommendations. They also stored our bags after checkout, a useful service. the staff was very helpful and offered us a great service. they were communicative and accommodating.

the room provided room service daily, including fresh towels. i found a market, bakery, and coffee shop near the hotel. a refrigerator and kettle were available inside the room. the room was clean and cozy, well suited for sleeping and bathing.

fresh towels early flight air conditioning
the room was super clean (a relief after a long day). it included air conditioning. the bathroom had fresh towels. the staff arranged a taxi for my early flight.
the street outside was somewhat noisy at times.

basic stay with some issues
limited storage rattling air conditioning
The room was quite small, i must say. storage space was limited. I struggled to keep my belongings organized. the air conditioning unit rattled consistently, disrupting my sleep. these issues affected the overall quality of my visit.

convenient spot!
convenient location comfortable beds
I was charmed by the super convenient location very close to a metro stop! the staff was helpful, especially george. He minded our bags when we arrived early. the beds were supremely comfortable during our entire trip! it was also nice to have a fridge available to store drinks.
