broken shower headunfriendly staff
I encountered some issues . The shower head was broken, so taking a shower felt awkward, requiring me to kneel. The coffee machine in the room was also broken, I told the cleaning lady about this. Staff at reception could have been friendlier. A simple greeting would have been nice.

the room looked smaller than expected based on the description. the air conditioning unit emitted a strange rattling noise throughout the night it was difficult to regulate the temperature. additionally i found the selection at breakfast to be somewhat repetitive after a few days no changes were made to the offered items.

the breakfast was acceptable. there were a few options to choose from and it kept me going until lunch.
The room was small and felt cramped. i booked a 'superior twin room balcony' but there was barely enough space to move around, let alone enjoy the tiny balcony. the air conditioning made a loud noise all night. It was hard to sleep.
