denim shorts premium retreat
the food was really good with fine dining in the evenings. cosmos was attentive and professional, so i recommend this hotel.
i was disappointed because the hotel was sold as a premium retreat. i sat near men wearing denim shorts and people wearing bathroom slippers, which didn't seem smart. we paid top-end prices though

superb adult-only retreat
large room quiet room comfortable bed convenient location
the rooms were large and quiet. the bed was comfortable (i slept like a log!). the spa area was fabulous, although the outdoor jacuzzi could have been a bit hotter. the hotel's location is also very convenient.
the staff looked somewhat indifferent, which slightly impacted the overall experience.

the hotel boasts a fabulous swimming pool with well-kept jacuzzi areas, both indoors and outdoors. the spa area includes a sauna and is maintained well. the facility is easily accessible and offers various amenities.

the hotel is easily accessible from the town center. the ski lift bus stops right outside the hotel making transportation convenient. it is also a short walk to the lifts if you prefer that.

my room featured a large living area, a generous bathroom, and a huge walk-in wardrobe. it was immaculate and always kept warm. daily cleaning and restocking kept everything fresh.
