The staff was helpful and friendly. Their service was great!!! the breakfast offered a good variety of options. i really enjoyed the sports pictures displayed in the corridors. the swimming pool was amazing.
the curtains in my room weren't quite wide enough, letting in unwanted light during the early morning hours.

breakfast service provided an excellent start to the day, and there's also a pizza place just 2 minutes away for convenient dining options. the breakfast offered a wide selection of items, catering to various tastes and preferences.

The location was acceptable with a bus stop directly in front of the hotel.
My room differed from what I booked. There was no minibar, bathrobes, or even a kettle for tea. The receptionist was REALLY rude (i mean, wow) and insisted she couldn't help, stating she was "only a worker, not the owner".

My room was Large. The free on-site parking was very helpful. I really enjoyed the swimming pool, it was great.
The hotel gym needs better equipment. I saw half the free weights were missing.

The swimming pool area is clean and well kept, I saw plenty of space to relax there. Free parking is available . This provides security and ease. The hotel also has a sauna, it looks great.

The Double Room I stayed in was big and well appointed, I had enough space. My room had nice mountain views. The bathroom had all necessary amenities and was very clean.

The hotel location is near a bus stop, I noted easy access to transportation. The bus can take you to places without problems. I saw easy access to town and the ski resort.

the location was acceptable, and there was a bus stop right outside.
The cleanliness wasn't satisfactory, especially in the bathroom. the bed was uncomfortable and noisy. there was no air conditioning in the room. also, i found no slippers in the room upon arrival. Getting replacements required constant requesting.

the gym has treadmills and stationary bikes. i liked that the staff offered me helpful advice. the room i had included windows on two sides and a balcony. the hotel provided a free bus pass for tourism
the room i booked was different from the room i got. the receptionist was rude and said she could not help me. the room had no minibar and no kettle. there were no bathrobes available
