clean room thoughtful detail good breakfast unhelpful staff broken uber rude bartender
the room was clean with thoughtful details. i found plenty of storage and hanging space for my belongings.. the breakfast was good, especially the bacon. the pool area had a nice vibe with music.
the staff seemed unhelpful when ordering a taxi. i waited outside for 20 minutes in the sweltering heat with no time frame given.. uber did not work in the area, so i relied on the hotel. also, i overheard a poolside bartender call another customer a name.

Wonderful Hotel Stay
friendly staff late check-out attentive staff
The reception staff was friendly. They arranged a late check-out because of my late return flight. I spent one relaxing day by the pool. The staff was attentive and the drinks and food at the bar were reasonably priced.
I noticed the hotel is far from the main super clubs. Ibiza town is only reachable with taxis which cost €40 each trip. It became a very expensive stay. I felt unsafe most times because of the hotel location.

My junior suite with a pool view was fine. It was impeccably clean, very comfortable, and beautifully designed. I found convenient USB ports by the bed and ample storage. An iron was available for my outfits.

comfy bed rainfall shower
i loved the room decor. my double room had a comfy bed and a rainfall shower, which i found very romantic. the hotel pools had great music all day, this was tender.
the hotel didn't offer a wide selection of cocktails at the pool bar. it was a bit sad.

i adored my stay! the junior suite was divine. usb ports by the bed proved convenient. the in-room bar was a lovely touch.
the pool area was a bit boring. i would rather pay a little more to stay in the center.

The decor looked gorgeous. The beds were comfortable. The shower was amazing (it had great water pressure).
The poolside bar staff was rude. Taxis were very expensive from this location. The hotel staff seemed unhelpful when ordering a taxi.
