The location was excellent it was easy to get around.
The bathroom had several problems water stains were around the shower tiles. The plug socket came out from the wall when I unplugged the hairdryer. A knocking noise from within the wall behind the bed woke me up every morning around 7am.

the location was very convenient , near many attractions. the staff was always available and helpful , assisting with directions and recommendations. the room was clean , though the decor felt slightly outdated.
the in-room safe malfunctioned , requiring maintenance to resolve it. the breakfast buffet lacked variety , especially for longer stays. soundproofing between rooms was inadequate , i could hear noise from neighboring rooms.
