i found the staff very helpful . they promptly addressed my inquiries. the hotel has a garden which is quite nice. it provided a quiet space to relax. also breakfast had a wide selection of items. i easily found options that suited my preferences.

the location was very central to everything. the breakfast buffet was excellent with many choices available each morning. i was pleased with the breakfast service.
The toiletries are not the best. Shampoo and shower gel are the same.

the hotel is easily accessible to several restaurants and local sites. the garden area provided a perfect, tranquil spot to relax after exploring the city each day. my room had beautiful views of the well kept garden and courtyard.
sound traveled easily between apartments on the same level.

the hotel is near las ramblas with many restaurants and shops nearby the bathroom was spacious perfect for two people the closet space included hanging space and shelves the staff were friendly assisting with cabs easily. i walked five minutes to mercat de boqueria and nearby plazas with outdoor seating i liked the pedestrian streets nearby.
i noticed the hotel seemed dated and refurbishment is needed in some areas the cleanliness in certain areas was not great the corridors had a slight unpleasant smell .

breakfast had a good buffet open from 7:30 am the breakfast was varied and offered many choices the food quality was consistently high and the presentation was appealing.

the hotel is near las ramblas and a metro stop the hotel provided easy access to many sights it is also relatively close to the beach a quiet alley near the ramblas ensures peaceful nights.
