I found the check-in process easy. It was very efficient. The location is REALLY accessible to many attractions. Walking was a delight. The staff was wonderful. They were always helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean. It was apparent at all times.
The lift was quite tiny. Managing luggage was a bit difficult

I found the location excellent, a quick walk to the metro. The staff was kind and helpful. I saw the room was simple, also very clean. Breakfast provided a good start to each day. They give free upgrade. I appreciated the quiet area.
I observed the room allocation faced thick plumbing pipes and another room's window. The distance between us seemed only two meters. This view wasnt ideal.

The location was REALLY convenient. It was close to many attractions and a metro station. The staff members were always helpful and friendly, especially the front desk clerks. My room was very clean and well-kept, including nice amenities. Breakfast offered a very good choice of options. It made the start of the day enjoyable.
The lift was indeed quite tiny, made moving luggage a little challenging at times.
