I found the location very convenient, especially being so close to the train station. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any questions. I especially appreciated how clean the room was upon arrival. The quiet atmosphere.
I noticed that the room was a bit small. A little more space would have been welcome.

the staff was helpful . they provided assistance with luggage storage.
The bathroom lacked basic amenities. there was no soap provided upon arrival. the shower temperature fluctuated significantly. We found this unacceptable.

the hotel's location proved convenient for accessing various attractions. métro liège station was only a five-minute walk away. the street and hotel room were quiet, which contributed to a restful stay. staff members were attentive, friendly, and always smiling. the breakfast offered a wide selection with good quality items.
the pillows were quite flat, this was a small disappointment

a mixed experience at this location

cramped roommissing mosaic tiles
the room felt pretty cramped. there was barely space to move around once we had our luggage in the room. also, the pool looked much bigger in the photos than it actually was. it was quite small and some of the mosaic tiles were missing, i thought this posed a risk for injury.

the hotel is close to several train stations it is very convenient for getting around the city. i found many restaurants and bars in the area providing various dining options. the hotel bar was enjoyable i had drinks there each night. the staff were helpful with any questions i had
i found the breakfast area to be very crowded on a couple of mornings there was a wait for hot drinks. the selection was somewhat limited. more space would improve the experience

i found the staff warm and friendly. they ensured i had everything i needed for my comfort. i had breakfast at the hotel and the buffet was good. i thought it a better breakfast than you will get outside and more affordable.

the hotel is very close to saint lazare station, this made getting around SUPER easy. the rooms were BEAUTIFULLY decorated and i had a nice balcony. the bathroom was big, a PLUS.
the pillows were surprisingly flat , and i only received one towel.
