i found the staff warm and friendly. they ensured i had everything i needed for my comfort. i had breakfast at the hotel and the buffet was good. i thought it a better breakfast than you will get outside and more affordable.

the staff were helpful and responsive to all my requests. i especially noted that shehjad, ahmed, and julien were lovely. their attentiveness definitely enhanced my overall visit.

train stationbeautiful decorbig bathroom
the hotel is very close to saint lazare station, this made getting around SUPER easy. the rooms were BEAUTIFULLY decorated and i had a nice balcony. the bathroom was big, a PLUS.
the pillows were surprisingly flat , and i only received one towel.

The hotel is in a lovely neighborhood with many bistros, cafes, and restaurants nearby. saint lazare station is close. This provides easy access to other areas. guests benefit greatly from the surrounding area.

the staff is ALWAYS friendly and ready to answer questions. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness. the bar had an excellent mixologist, with a great selection of beverages and service.
