The location is good. It is near the train station. I like the helpful staff too. The hotel and staff are nothing but excellent.
I found some wall marks. They need cleaning.

Awesome Stay in a Cool Location!
clean venue fresh pyjamas helpful staff
The venue was super clean! Plus, fresh pyjamas and towels arrived daily! It was also right in the heart of the action, within easy reach of everything I wanted to see and do. After I checked out, the staff helped me contact an onsen town to locate a watch I had lost. I got it back and shipped to me!
The room was quite small, I wish I had booked a larger one.

The hotel is in a great spot for exploring. Many shops and restaurants are just steps away. Plus, the famous Shibuya Scramble is only a short walk this iconic attraction. Public transportation is also very accessible.

i found the location quite convenient, a short walk from the station. there were many shopping malls and stores nearby. i also appreciated that the hotel agreed to store my suitcase while i traveled for a bit.
The bathroom lacked privacy. It had a glass door and glass windows. the staff reopened the blinds daily, even after i closed them. the room was a little unclean and outdated.

I appreciated the very helpful staff. The hotel's location provided easy access to key areas. The Shibuya crossing was only a short walk away. This made exploring and accessing various restaurants and shops convenient.
The lack of available seating in the lobby was a slight inconvenience.

awesome central stay
friendly staff anime theme comfortable bed
the staff greeted me warmly each day. i really liked the anime themed walls it was a fun touch. the bed was indeed comfortable and i slept soundly each night.
the room was a little on the smaller side it was manageable but could be tight for some.
