I found the room size rather small It was especially tight for three people. The extra bed was very uncomfortable. The hotel has a curfew with the door closing at midnight This limits time to explore the area.

I found the talking dinosaur concierge quite amusing. the self check-in was simple, and i appreciated the complimentary breakfast. the lobby decorations with dinosaurs in raincoats matched the rainy weather (so cute!). i made good use of the clothes sanitizer in the room. It was quite effective.

The fire alarm system initiated a false alarm one morning. It created some initial confusion since the announcements were primarily in japanese, and i wasn't sure what was happening at first.

The hotel offers complimentary drinks and extra toiletries, a very nice perk. The check-in and check-out processes are super easy, even with a fun dinosaur robot at the reception. I found the location very convenient. It is only a short walk to the train station.

The fire alarm sounded one morning, causing some confusion before it was confirmed as a false alarm.

The Disneyland shuttle was convenient for getting to the park.

The fire alarm went off early one morning. I was packing when the alarm started. It was hard to wake my children and get our luggage together. There was no emergency contact information in the room to call staff during the emergency. It was frustrating and poorly handled.
