free coffee helpful receptionist central location unavailable elevator limited cleaning expensive parking
This hotel provided complimentary tea and coffee. I found THAT nice. The location was close to the city center. The receptionist was helpful and offered information upon my arrival.
There was no lift available. I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. The room cleaning service was not available . The parking lot was expensive.

friendly staff equipped kitchen excellent location
I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The shared kitchen has everything one needs, it was very convenient. The location is excellent and provides easy access to main streets, shops, and restaurants, I explored so much! I really appreciated the hot tea and cookies offered in the dining room. Such a cozy touch.
The approach to the hotel was a bit inconvenient. Climbing uphill with luggage was challenging.

small bathroom subpar upkeep
The kitchen was adequately equipped for basic meal preparation.
The room I received did not match the photographs online. It was quite small. The bathroom was also very cramped, I had difficulty maneuvering. The general upkeep seemed subpar, I noticed several areas needing maintenance.

The staff were cute and very helpful . Free tea and coffee were available in the sitting area. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable.
The parking cost was high at 350kr per day, but another parking option was available 5 minutes away for 160kr per day.

The hotel is close to the city center. I found plenty of breakfast places within a 5-minute walk. Many shops, restaurants and supermarkets are in the surrounding area, which allows quick access to everything.

The staff maintained good communication before my arrival. The receptionist was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful . If I needed extra towels or a hairdryer, the reception sorted it right away.

The staff were friendly and helpful! the location was perfect. I found it easy to walk to restaurants and shops. the complimentary cookies and hot drinks were a lovely touch, i appreciated that. i enjoyed spending time in the cosy lounge area in the evenings.
the road to the hotel was icy! i recommend having spikes to cover your shoes, it would make getting around much easier.

The hotel boasts a city center location. Friendly staff gave answers and suggestions . The room had good heating and temperature adjustment.
The washing machine was broken for my entire stay. This was a problem because I needed to wash clothes. I felt a little frustrated.
