underwhelming experience

the room was spacious and clean, which i did expect.

the service i got was poor. no one helped with my luggage, and i had to buy basic things, like a dental kit from reception. even calling reception took ages, so it reminded me of more of a tourist spot instead of a nice hotel. the breakfast wasn't great either, and it felt a bit overpriced.

my 365 beautiful suite lacked basic amenities. i had to PURCHASE dental and shaving kits from reception at exorbitant prices. also, the suite did not include an intercom.

underwhelming stay with several issues

cold draftmold spots

the room felt outdated. i noticed cold drafts coming from the windows near the sitting area. the bathroom needed work, with yellowing plastic and mold spots on the shower tiles. we had to ask for the bathroom to be recleaned due to hair clumps upon arrival. the kettle was hard to fill because the bathroom sink design was unconventional.
