the apartment was spacious. it had a sleek design. the location IS very central. Most things are within walking distance.
only one roll of toilet paper was provided. No kitchen towel was available. I found no shampoo either
The location was convenient for city access. Check-in used codes. The apartment was a good value for the facilities offered. I found it perfect after football.
I noticed the floors were not entirely clean upon my arrival.

I appreciated the great location. It was just a few minutes walk from the center. SAM was very cute. He took us to the right building. He also helped us with luggage. I found the staff helpful.
The apartment was noisy from the street outside all through the night. Windows did not have a good seal on them!

The apartment had everything we needed for OUR stay. There was a lift. The building was new and clean. The building felt secure. This added to the experience.

Chrissie was very kind and helpful. She really were very good too ensure we were looked after. SAM was very cute. I was so grateful. He even checked if everything was ok for us.
