central locationmissing security platerude staff
the location was central to everything. meg checked me in and she was friendly.
the blind in my room fell off the wall when i tried to open it. it landed on my head because there was no security plate. i reported this to reception but nothing was done

the staff were very cute. breakfast was good quality at the cafe attached to the hotel. the central location near bars, cafes, museums and shops was convenient.
the bar was never open during the evening. our room was small. it only included one chair for two people. the shower tray was close to overflowing each time the shower was used.
