the staff were attentive at breakfast. they seemed ready to assist guests.

the minibar was empty upon arrival. if i wanted it stocked, i had to purchase a package (and be charged for all items, regardless of consumption), which i found odd. the phone wasn't answered when i tried to reach reception (this happened multiple times).

i found a driver waiting when i landed, arranged by the hotel. the breakfast had so much variety i tried something new each morning. the staff were always smiling and ready to help. plus, i easily got to my meetings given the excellent location.

the beer prices at the rooftop pool were higher than expected, so i found some local spots nearby.

the room was modern and spacious with a plush king-sized bed. a nespresso machine and a well-designed bathroom were included. the breakfast provided an extensive spread with fresh fruit and warm pastries. the rooftop infinity pool offered fine city views. the wellness spa was serene.

the hotel is on a busy five-lane street. some sights are not within walking distance.

i noticed some minor wear in the room , especially concerning some stains on the carpet.

I enjoyed the rooftop pool with its bar. It reminded me of a special escape. the underground indoor pool and spa added a layer of relaxation. it was easy to find a taxi, which simplified getting around. the rooms were modern, i found several useful amenities.

the air conditioning was not working. this made the room uncomfortable, especially after a day of sightseeing. the front desk staff did not explain how to use the lights. it took some time to figure out that the room key was needed to activate the electricity.
