fantastic madrid stay!
helpful staff excellent location comfortable bed
The staff was very helpful and friendly, i appreciated their assistance with directions. the location was excellent, near the stadium and close to many restaurants. the bed was comfortable. I slept well each night.
Sound isolation could be improved. I noticed some street noise.

The hotel provided good sound proofing. I did not hear street noise inside my room despite its location on a busy road. I found the staff friendly, and I appreciated the fridge and bed-table for a laptop in the room.
The hotel is dated. There was too much in the room. The fireplace, lanterns, and desk took up window space.

broken bedside lamp plastic sliding door
The staff were very helpful. They allowed us to store our luggage after checkout.
The room had some issues. The bedside lamp was broken, and the bedside shelf was hanging off. The bathroom door was a plastic sliding door. This offered little privacy.

poor sound isolation street noise
the location was good, with easy access to the metro line and a supermarket nearby.
I found it difficult to sleep because of the poor sound isolation. Even with the windows closed, i could still hear a lot of noise from the busy street outside. this went on throughout the night.

The reception and restaurant staff were friendly. The location is directly connected to the metro station. This gives convenient access to both the airport and the city center. It made getting around very easy.
