The staff members showed helpfulness from arrival to departure. The hotel rooms were large and very clean. Breakfast included enough choices to satisfy every palate. The hotel is located within walking distance of the medina.

the location was acceptable. it was near THE beach.
the air conditioning in my room did not work. they seemed to expect guests to just OPEN windows and deal with it. also, the hotel did not meet basic five-star EXPECTATIONS.

the hotel location is convenient, right across from the beach, and about 15 minutes to the medina. the staff was helpful. the breakfast had many options. we had a good start to the day.
the hotel felt quite worn. i noticed old towels, and one even tore when i used it. the bathrobes had holes. the condition didn't really meet expectations for the price.
