missing balconyinconsistent towel availability
I was a bit disappointed with a few things. our room lacked a balcony (something i've come to expect from holiday hotels) which was a shame. also, the hotel doesn't serve alcohol (a bit of a surprise). getting towels was a bit hit and miss. Sometimes they weren't readily available and the staff mentioned they were still in the laundry. late check-out seemed expensive too.

mixed experience with room issues
sewage smelltwo single beds
during my stay, i found a couple of issues disappointing. the room i booked had two single beds pushed together instead of a king size bed i requested. also, there was a noticeable sewage smell in the room that persisted despite notifying staff several times this was definitely an unpleasant aspect.

i thought the gym facilities were excellent. it included a wide array of equipment for a full workout. the breakfast had fresh omelettes prepared on request and a wide variety of options. the swimming pool was a great size and there were free games available, like pool and table tennis.
i found the wifi signal was occasionally weak in certain areas of the hotel.
