convenient locationprofessional staff
I found the location very convenient. It was close to shops and restaurants. The check-in process was quick, and the staff were really professional. My room was super clean. it included everything I needed for my stay.

limited breakfastno housekeeping
The housekeeping situation was a bit of a letdown. i came back to my room one afternoon, and it was exactly as i had left it. No fresh towels either. apparently, housekeeping is only available upon request, but no one bothered to mention this tidbit at check-in. also, the breakfast selection could use some work. It was missing a few basic things like napkins. apply, twice.

The on-site underground parking was certainly a plus. Air conditioning worked effectively in my room. I found that the rainfall shower head offered a nice option after a long day.
The housekeeping service was not up to par. I found that my room was uncleaned and lacked fresh towels upon my return one evening. I was told housekeeping was available only upon request, a fact that was not communicated beforehand.

the staff was very friendly and helpful, which i appreciated.
I found the room service lacking. My room wasn't cleaned one day. i learned housekeeping is only available upon request, something i wasn't told. the pillows were too soft for my liking, soft pillows were an issue.

the room had comfy beds and the room was clean. the location is quite close to the center and a gas station (this was really useful). the bathroom was also great.
i noticed the outside noise wasn't completely blocked and came into the room a bit.
