small room low-quality breakfast
the parking facilities were convenient.
the room felt small. i also noticed that the breakfast quality seemed low (especially considering the price of the room). the cold meats tasted processed and of low quality.

i found the staff quite friendly and helpful. the breakfast selection was varied (especially the fresh bread rolls). the bar area had outside seating. a vending machine is available in the foyer. the hotel's location is convenient for accessing the b1.

comfortable bed friendly staff
i stayed one night and found the bed comfortable. the staff was very helpful, they were friendly and polite at all times. the location was easy to find, that was a plus, and breakfast had a decent variety.
the room was quite small and i feel this should be improved. i would have appreciated a bit more space to relax. this, it did impact my overall experience.

acceptably clean room clean room
the room was acceptably clean upon arrival (i did check thoroughly).
the noise from adjacent rooms was a significant issue, disrupting my sleep and relaxation. i could clearly hear conversations and other noises, and this made it difficult to unwind. better soundproofing is definitely needed to improve the guest experience.

the staff were very helpful (i really appreciated that).
The room was quite small for my family, and there wasn't much space to put luggage. the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. It creaked a lot whenever i moved.

the breakfast was fantastic! such excellent options were available. the location worked great, especially its nearness to the tram (u47). the staff was also very friendly and helpful!
The room felt quite small for four people, honestly. it barely had enough space for our luggage, and moving around was a challenge. the sofa bed wasn't comfortable. It creaked constantly when we shifted.
