i stayed one night and found the bed comfortable. the staff was very helpful, they were friendly and polite at all times. the location was easy to find, that was a plus, and breakfast had a decent variety.
the room was quite small and i feel this should be improved. i would have appreciated a bit more space to relax. this, it did impact my overall experience.

the room was acceptably clean upon arrival (i did check thoroughly).
the noise from adjacent rooms was a significant issue, disrupting my sleep and relaxation. i could clearly hear conversations and other noises, and this made it difficult to unwind. better soundproofing is definitely needed to improve the guest experience.

the breakfast was fantastic! such excellent options were available. the location worked great, especially its nearness to the tram (u47). the staff was also very friendly and helpful!
The room felt quite small for four people, honestly. it barely had enough space for our luggage, and moving around was a challenge. the sofa bed wasn't comfortable. It creaked constantly when we shifted.
