The room was a Junior Suite room and it was NICE. The air conditioning worked well, a RELIEF. The hotel is well connected to the city with transport, made getting around EASY.
The reception was SLOW. I had a long travel day and arrived late. The reception staff took a while to check people in, that was frustrating. There was not enough light in the room, it was a LITTLE dim.

the breakfast had variety. it was okay i guess.
the room lacked proper lighting. it made reading difficult at night. also the staff seemed kinda disinterested. i asked for extra towels and they looked at me like i was asking for a kidney.
