The staff was very kind and helpful to our group. i was able to take a ride to a partner hotel a short distance away and use the outdoor pool there. It was wonderful. the food was good and everyone was cute and kind in restaurante medieval. manuel gave us a tour and i highly recommend it. We saw so much more of the area with a guide.
The parking area is outdoors. After snowfall all the cars got stuck. the hotel did not provide tools or assistance to help guests remove the snow or free their vehicles.

the breakfast buffet offered many options with fresh bread, fruit, and hot dishes like scrambled eggs. dinner is available in the medieval restaurant with a good wine selection. a full bar service is available from early afternoon until late evening.

The indoor pool requires swim caps. These can be purchased at the reception for five euros. there is a well-equipped gym with several cardio machines and free weights. the hotel offers bike storage, very convenient.

The location was great.
The room felt really outdated. The furniture seemed old, and the carpeting looked worn. It was clear it had not been renovated in many years. The pool also did not look like it was maintained well

the bright airy bathroom offered plenty of space. the evening buffet had something for everyone, and i thought it was really excellent. the staff was friendly and helpful. onsite parking was easy to use.

i REALLY liked the breakfast buffet everyday. It had a selection of different foods, cheese, meat and vegetable. I also appreciated enough parking spots and the pool.
the hotel is old, for the price asked. There sounds like a generator close to the hotel room and all night made noise. I asked for couple bed, they gave me 2 beds together.

the room was a bit old for the price i paid. i heard generator noise at night near my room. the beds, though pushed together, were not good as a couple bed.

the hotel has a buffet restaurant, giving many options for dinner and lunch. the breakfast buffet had a wide range of choices including vegetarian options. the staff were very helpful in storing our bikes during our cycling trip.
the room lacked readily available outlets and i found it inconvenient to charge my devices there was only one free outlet under the table making it difficult to plug in multiple devices.
