an lovely experience!
beautiful buildingfriendly staffused shampoo
the building is beautifully restored and spacious. the room was clean and very comfortable. i found the staff friendly and efficient. it was a nice touch that they had some special treats!!!
the complimentary shampoo in the bathroom seemed half used. this felt inconsistent with the hotel's luxury designation. i hope they address this detail .

Breakfast included varied options. I found a good selection of fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. the restaurant provided options for dinner, i saw that it featured local cuisine. i thought the restaurant food was good.

I found a good location with a short walk to the historic city center. There was plenty of parking available. The outdoor swimming pool remained open. I had a spacious room with a very comfortable bed.
The hotel room was very hot. The air conditioning did not work properly. It only made a lot of noise. I informed the reception, but I received no solution.

The air conditioning in the room was not great. It was very loud. the restaurant food was good, but the decoration was boring. It reminded me of a conference room. the lighting was too bright. It was not romantic at all

The restaurant felt a bit impersonal! and i think the head waiter could use a little more training. it wasn't the worst, but not what i've come to expect. also, the tea and coffee weren't automatically restocked in the room. This felt cheap considering the price.
