hotel rocks!
great service prime location
I totally loved this hotel because of the amazing location. I reached all attractions so easily. also, bekir, ibad and nurretin gave such great service. The staff knows how to treat a frequent traveler. It's so rare.
The airport transfer was pretty bad. The driver smoked like crazy in the car. even when i said something, nothing changed. They just kept puffing away. Such a bummer after an otherwise great stay!

Breakfast had such delicious variety. I saw lots of fresh fruits and pastries. they offer hot dishes too. I loved everything. There are many options for everyone.

central location main sites varied breakfast
the location was very central. it was close to many attractions (a short walk away from the main sites). i found the breakfast decent and varied each morning.
i have no negative feedback regarding my stay.

central location helpful staff clear directions delicious breakfast
I found the location quite good near popular attractions. The staff member, Irfan, gave good directions and restaurant recommendations. Nurettin and his colleague were helpful. Breakfast was delicious.
Corridors are noisy at times.

location good, but some issues need addressing
smoking driver poor resolution
the airport transfer i arranged via the hotel was disappointing. the driver smoked in the vehicle, despite my requests. my husband has asthma, so this was concerning. the hotel offered no resolution, despite their non-smoking policy.
