great location spacious car park
the building is beautiful.. the location is also great. the car park was spacious and had good headroom for our car.
the smart tv option was not working and we did not receive help once we reported it at the reception.

excellent location helpful receptionist good parking
i found the location to be excellent with easy city access. the receptionist was really helpful and the whole staff seemed friendly too. i was pleased to find good parking at the hotel.
the noise from a party in the courtyard really affected my sleep i complained but no other rooms were free it was very disruptive

the hotel benefits from proximity to key attractions it allows simple exploration. many historical sites restaurants are easily accessible. public transportation links are very close to the front entrance.

the building features a historic design i found it beautiful. there is convenient parking and easy access to the city center. the breakfast buffet includes many good selections.

the staff are friendly i saw that they try to accommodate requests. housekeeping maintained a good level of cleanliness and order. the reception staff addressed questions quickly.

spacious garage fresh chocolates
The parking garage was spacious. It was easily accessed down a side street with pedestrian access to the hotel. The staff upgraded us to a Junior Suite. Fresh chocolates and fruit were in the room.
The historic building is beautiful! though the level of service barely reached 4 stars.
