The hotel provided secure underground car parking which was a relief. the room was clean which i value highly. the staff were helpful. They quickly addressed all my queries.

The shower head was not ideal, it moved unexpectedly when i turned on the water. the hotel looked distant from the city center. I relied on transportation. the function room for breakfast lacked ambience. it felt more like a school cafeteria.

the location was quite convenient since it was close to the train station (just a short walk away).

I was frustrated with the breakfast area. It felt more like a cafeteria than a 4-star hotel dining space. the clattering noise of dishes being cleared was distracting, and the room needed some soft furnishings to absorb the sound.
