location good, but issues persist
close beachwater bottles refusalcleaning service
the location are close to the beach.
the hotel refused to give new water bottles, only providing two small ones upon arrival. i had asked for a late checkout, just an hour before going to the airport, and it was refused. the cleaning service wasnt great either as paper signs for cleaning blew off the door and cleaners didnt clean our room.

the staff are nice. the room was a good size and clean everyday. there are little extras, like a toothbrush, that i appreciate. the rooftop pool is nice.

Uneven experience, location good, some aspects disappointing
no bar servicelimited storage
The rooftop pool area lacked ANY vibe. There was no bar service available and the promised music never materialized, a letdown. My room, a Suite, offered a nice balcony but suffered from poor design. Storage was severely limited. The small cupboard door clashed with the bedside table and there were no drawers available. I found this impractical.
